Wholesale Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a wholesale account with Crown Hobby, you must:

  • Hold a valid business license or reseller's permit
  • Provide a valid Tax ID / EIN (for U.S.-based businesses)
  • Have an established retail or online presence
  • Agree to all terms outlined in this Wholesale Policy
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the resale of our products

How to Apply

To begin the wholesale application process:

  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Business name and owner name
    • Business address and contact details
    • Website or storefront URL (if applicable)
    • Business license or reseller permit number
    • Tax ID / EIN

    • Estimated monthly order volume
  3. Our team will review your application and respond within 2–3 business days

Wholesale Pricing

  • Wholesale pricing is offered exclusively to approved wholesale accounts
  • Pricing is not publicly listed and will be provided upon approval
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
  • Wholesale pricing may vary based on product category, order volume, and order frequency
  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD)

Payment Terms

  • All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment unless a separate credit arrangement has been agreed upon in writing
  • We accept the same payment methods as our retail store: Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe
  • Custom payment terms may be available for established long-term partners — contact us to discuss

Shipping for Wholesale Orders

  • Wholesale orders ship from North Kansas City, MO
  • Shipping costs for wholesale orders will be calculated based on order size, weight, and destination
  • Free shipping may not apply to wholesale orders — specific shipping terms will be outlined in your wholesale agreement
  • Processing times for wholesale orders may differ from our standard retail processing time and will be confirmed at the time of order
  • All wholesale shipments include tracking information

Product Authenticity & Sourcing

All products supplied through our wholesale program are:

  • 100% genuine and factory sealed
  • Sourced through legitimate and authorized distribution channels
  • Never tampered with, repackaged, or altered in any way

Crown Hobby does not deal in counterfeit or gray-market products. Resellers are prohibited from misrepresenting our products in any way.

Reseller Responsibilities

As an approved wholesale partner, you agree to:

  • Accurately represent all products you resell, including condition and authenticity
  • Not alter, repackage, or tamper with any products
  • Comply with all manufacturer guidelines and restrictions on resale
  • Not sell our products on unauthorized platforms or marketplaces without prior approval
  • Maintain a professional standard of customer service for your own customers
  • Promptly notify us of any product issues or discrepancies

Prohibited Resale Practices

Wholesale partners may not:

  • Sell Crown Hobby sourced products as anything other than sealed, authentic collectibles
  • List products at prices that misrepresent their value or condition
  • Use Crown Hobby's branding, images, or intellectual property without written permission
  • Engage in deceptive or misleading advertising practices

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your wholesale account.

Returns & Damages for Wholesale Orders

  • Wholesale orders are generally final sale unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
  • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
  • Approved claims will be resolved through replacement, credit, or refund at Crown Hobby's discretion
  • We are not responsible for damage caused during customer storage or handling after delivery

Account Termination

Crown Hobby reserves the right to terminate any wholesale account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Violation of this Wholesale Policy
  • Fraudulent or deceptive business practices
  • Non-payment or repeated payment issues
  • Misrepresentation of products
  • Damage to Crown Hobby's brand or reputation

Confidentiality

Wholesale pricing, terms, and any information shared during the application or partnership process is strictly confidential and may not be shared with third parties without our written consent.

Changes to This Policy

Crown Hobby reserves the right to update or modify this Wholesale Policy at any time. Approved wholesale partners will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation in our wholesale program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
