At Crown Hobby, we offer pre-orders on highly anticipated hobby boxes, sealed cases, and collectible products ahead of their official release dates. Pre-ordering allows you to secure your products early and guarantee availability before items sell out.

What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is a purchase made for a product that has not yet been released or is not yet in stock. When you pre-order from Crown Hobby:
- You are reserving your item ahead of the official release date
- Your payment is collected at the time of purchase
- Your order will be fulfilled and shipped once the product is received at our facility
- You will be notified by email at every key stage of your pre-order
Pre-Order Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of pre-order
- All pre-orders are processed through our secure checkout powered by Stripe
- Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe
- By placing a pre-order, you authorize Crown Hobby to charge your payment method in full at the time of purchase
Release Dates & Timelines
Release dates displayed on our website are estimates provided by manufacturers and distributors. Please be aware that:
- Release dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change by the manufacturer at any time
- Crown Hobby has no control over manufacturer production schedules or distribution timelines
- Delays may occur due to production issues, shipping logistics, or distribution holdups
- We will communicate any known delays to pre-order customers as promptly as possible via email
We appreciate your patience and understanding when manufacturer delays occur. We are just as eager as you are to get your products to you.
Shipping Pre-Orders
Pre-order items follow the same shipping policy as in-stock items:

- Shipping is free on all pre-orders
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your pre-order has shipped
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately to avoid delays on available items
Pre-Order Cancellations
We understand that circumstances change. Our pre-order cancellation terms are as follows:
Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- Pre-orders may be cancelled before the product ships by contacting us at support@crownhobby.shop
- Once a pre-order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days
Crown Hobby-Initiated Cancellations
Crown Hobby reserves the right to cancel a pre-order in the following situations:
- The product is discontinued or no longer available from our supplier
- A significant pricing error was made on the listing
- We are unable to fulfill the order due to circumstances beyond our control
In any of these cases, affected customers will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.
Pre-Order Returns & Refunds
Pre-order items are subject to the same return and refund policy as in-stock items:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unopened and factory sealed
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Price Adjustments
- The price you pay at the time of pre-order is the price you will be charged — we honor the price listed at the time of your purchase
- If a product's price decreases after your pre-order, we are not obligated to adjust your order to the lower price, but we encourage you to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests
- If a product's price increases after your pre-order, you will not be charged any additional amount — your original pre-order price is locked in
Product Availability & Allocation
- Pre-orders are offered on a first-come, first-served basis
- We reserve the right to limit the quantity of pre-orders per customer to ensure fair access
- In rare cases where our allocation is reduced by the manufacturer, we may need to partially fulfill or cancel some pre-orders — affected customers will be notified and offered a full refund

Q: When will my pre-order ship?
A: Your pre-order will ship within 1–3 business days of the product arriving at our facility. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details as soon as it ships.

A: In the event a product is officially cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
